These terms govern the use of felistragaming.net, an independent information site about the online casino Felistra. Please read them before relying on anything published here.
1. Who We Are and What This Site Is
felistragaming.net is not a casino and is not run by, owned by or affiliated with Felistra or its operator, Momentum Gaming Solutions Ltd. You cannot open an account, deposit money or play games on this site. Accounts, payments, bonuses, withdrawals and complaints are matters between you and the operator, under the operator's own terms.
2. Affiliate Links
Some links on this site lead to the casino through an affiliate link. If you register or play after following such a link, we may receive a commission from the operator. You pay nothing extra. Commissions do not change the facts we publish: limits, restrictions and contradictions in the operator's terms are reported whether or not they make the casino look good.
3. How Information Is Sourced and Dated
Facts about Felistra come from the operator's own footer and documents (terms and conditions, KYC and AML policy, responsible-gaming page, promotion terms) and from the Anjouan licence register, each with the date we checked it. Where something could not be verified, we say so instead of filling the gap. General explanations of games, odds and bonus mechanics are educational and are not specific to Felistra unless stated.

10. Felistra's Own Terms in Brief (checked 4 October 2026)
The rules that actually apply to a Felistra account are the operator's, published on felistragaming.com. The points most worth knowing before you register:
- Version: the terms and conditions are dated "Effective date: 12th of March, 2026" and name licence ALSI-152312014-FI3.
- Excluded countries: Australia, Austria, Comoros, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, the USA, FATF-blacklisted countries and any other jurisdiction the Anjouan authority deems prohibited.
- Verification: full KYC is required before any withdrawal, and on deposits of $10,000 or more.
- Withdrawal limits (KYC and AML policy): $1 minimum; $100 per transaction, $100 a day, $500 a week, $1,000 a month.
- Maximum winnings: the terms state that maximum winnings limits apply regardless of the amount staked.
- Account action: the operator may suspend or close accounts and withhold winnings where it believes the terms were breached.
- Support: the address given in the documents is "support@Felistra", which is incomplete.
Restricted countries: if you live in one of the excluded countries above, the operator's terms do not allow you to play. An account opened from there can be closed and its winnings withheld.
