Felistra Login: Current Status
Last checked: 4 October 2026
The password prompt that blocked felistragaming.com from 12 August 2026 is gone. The casino's site is back, but from many locations it now shows only one message: "Not available in your location". This page records what the site showed on each date we checked, what that means if you have an account, and how to avoid fake login pages. felistragaming.net is an independent information site. It is not Felistra, it has no login and it cannot open, unlock or reset accounts (see about this site).
What felistragaming.com showed (status log)
| Date | What we found |
|---|---|
| 9 January 2026 | Start date of the operator's "Sign Up Spins" offer for new registrations, which fits the casino's reported launch in January 2026. |
| 12 August 2026 | Every address we tried (the terms, the promotions page and game pages still in Google's index) returned a password prompt instead of the casino. From then on the terms could not be read at source. |
| 26 September 2026 | The site's start page carries this date as its last-modified date, so a new version was put online on or after it. |
| 27 September 2026 | A copy of the Anjouan licence register lists felistragaming.com under the operator's licence ALSI-152312014-FI3 (status valid, expiry 11 December 2026). |
| 4 October 2026 | No password prompt. The site's login service reports that no maintenance password is required, and the lobby (Casino, Live Casino, Sports, Promotions) loads. From the two locations we tested, Ukraine and the USA, the site shows "Not available in your location" and the login service answers "Access denied: service is not available in your region". www.felistragaming.com redirects to felistragaming.com. |
We could not test from Germany, Finland, France or Turkey, so we cannot say what visitors there see.
If you cannot log in
- "Not available in your location" is a location block, not a password problem. Resetting your password will not change it. Do not try to get around it: the operator's terms allow it to close accounts used from excluded countries and to withhold winnings.
- The operator publishes no complete support address. Its Terms and Responsible Gaming policy give the email as "support@Felistra", with no domain, and the "Support" link in the footer leads to no specific page. The Responsible Gaming policy says support is available 24 hours a day. That is the operator's claim; we could not test it.
- felistra.com is not the casino's domain. On 4 October 2026 it showed a parked hosting page, as did felistracasino.com. Do not send ID documents or account details to an @felistra.com address.
- What you can do. Use the support options inside felistragaming.com when the site opens for you. Look in your inbox for emails you received from the casino after you registered, check the sender's domain, and reply to that address with your username and the date.
If you have money in your account
Our advice is not to leave more money on the site than you need. The operator's KYC & AML document (read 4 October 2026) sets these withdrawal limits:
| Minimum per withdrawal | $1 |
| Maximum per withdrawal | $100 |
| Maximum per day / week / month | $100 / $500 / $1,000 (or the equivalent) |
Full identity verification is required before any withdrawal. Crypto deposits are paid out in crypto. The operator may split payouts into instalments and lower or freeze limits during a review, which it aims to complete within 30 calendar days. At $1,000 a month, a balance of $3,000 takes at least three months to withdraw. These figures replace the higher daily and monthly limits that casino databases reported in August 2026.
- Take screenshots of your balance, transaction history and any messages, with the date visible.
- Keep copies of the documents you send for verification and the date you sent them.
- If a withdrawal is refused, complain to the operator in writing first. Under the Anjouan rules, if the complaint is not resolved within 30 days you can go to an approved dispute-resolution provider at the operator's cost (list of providers). The licence validator states that complaints from players in excluded territories, including France and the United Kingdom, will not be considered.
How to spot lookalike and phishing pages
- One address. The casino runs on felistragaming.com. Type it yourself or use a bookmark, and read the address bar letter by letter.
- Not the casino: felistragaming.net (this site, no login), felistra.com and felistracasino.com (parked pages), and felistra.casino, a third-party Danish affiliate site advertising "300 Freespins Uden Indbetaling". None of them has your Felistra account.
- Check the footer. The real site names Momentum Gaming Solutions Ltd, registration number 15601, and licence ALSI-152312014-FI3. Check the licence yourself on the regulator's verification page.
- Our partner link is not a login page. The buttons on this site lead through
/startto a partner link that may open a different casino. Never enter your Felistra details on a page you reached that way. - Never pay to unlock a balance. Ignore messages that ask for a "fee", "tax" or "verification payment" before a withdrawal, or that ask you to log in through a link.
- Do not reuse your password. If you used your Felistra password elsewhere, change it there, starting with your email, and turn on two-step verification.
Restricted countries
Section 10 of the operator's Terms (effective 12 March 2026) excludes Australia, Austria, the Comoros, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, the USA, FATF-blacklisted countries and any other jurisdiction the Anjouan authority deems prohibited. In August 2026, casino databases reported a list of 267 countries that also included Finland and Turkey; the current Terms do not name them. Accounts from excluded countries can be closed and their winnings withheld, so read the terms before you register. More on our licensing page.
