Responsible Gambling
18+ only. Last checked: 4 October 2026
Gambling is paid entertainment, not a way to earn money. Every casino game has a built-in house edge, so the longer you play, the more likely you are to end up behind. Only stake money you can afford to lose, as you would pay for a night out, and never money meant for rent, bills or debts. You must be 18 or older, and above the legal gambling age where you live.
Tools in Felistra's policy
Felistra's Responsible Gaming policy (dated 25 November 2025, read 4 October 2026) lists these tools. We could not test them, because the site was blocked from our locations.
- Deposit limits per 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. A higher limit takes effect only after 24 hours.
- Loss limits. Loosening a loss limit takes effect after 48 hours.
- Reality checks, reminders of how long you have been playing.
- Time-out for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
- Self-exclusion for at least 6 months, and account closure.
The same Anjouan licence covers ten other casino domains. If you self-exclude, ask support in writing whether the exclusion also applies to them, and use blocking software as well (see below). The Anjouan licence itself does not oblige operators to offer these tools; more on our licensing page.
Warning signs
- You spend more money or time than you planned, or keep raising your stakes to feel the same excitement.
- You chase losses by betting again to win back what you have lost.
- You borrow money, sell things or leave bills unpaid to gamble.
- You hide your gambling from family or friends, or lie about how much you spend.
- You feel restless, irritable or low when you try to cut down.
- Gambling takes the place of sleep, work, study or time with people close to you.
- You gamble to escape stress, boredom or other problems.
If any of these sound familiar, stop for now and talk to someone. The services below are confidential.
Tools you can use yourself
- Set a budget before you start and treat it as spent. When it is gone, the session is over.
- Set a time limit with a phone alarm. Online casinos have no clocks and no closing time.
- Never deposit to win back losses. The house edge does not change because you are behind.
- Ask your bank about a gambling block on your card. Many banks offer one.
- BetBlocker is free software from a registered Scottish charity. It blocks gambling websites and apps on Windows, Mac, Linux, Android and iOS. betblocker.org
- Gamban is a paid blocker for all major device platforms, with one licence for all your devices and a free trial. gamban.com
